Leather Care Instructions

  • Your new leather case may be slick when new. Feel free to wipe it down with a soft cloth or rub it gently with your hands to remove any surface oils from the leather tanning process. The leather will also naturally become less slick after a few days of use.

  • The leather may also discolor light clothing, especially when the case is new, as the leather is tanned with oils. These surface oils will naturally dissipate with use, but be mindful when light clothing touches the new cellphone case.

  • The leather will naturally patina with use. The new leather will naturally darken with everyday use, becoming softer, more grippy and darker in color.

  • The leather slim case will protect your phone from significant drops on hard surfaces but it may scuff in the process. If you drop your phone the leather may scuff or tear a bit. Any scuffs or tears will also naturally darken with time. This is the nature of the case. Minor scuffs will darken and become less noticeable after a few days of use.
